Fava splits are made from dehulled beans using our proprietary technology - dehulling results in a higher protein concentration and low amounts of the residual hull. Fava bean splits have a light tan colour and smooth, creamy mouthfeel that makes them well suited to applications where additional nutrition and great texture are desired.
